Thank you for recommending a professional to Recruit by Nature. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in our Referral Programme and explain how referral rewards are earned and paid.
1.1 The Referral Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees of Recruit by Nature may participate only where permitted by internal company policy.
1.3 The referrer must provide accurate contact information for both themselves and the referred individual.
2.1 The referred individual must:
Be known personally or professionally to the referrer.
Have given consent for their details to be shared with Recruit by Nature.
Be seeking or open to employment opportunities within Private Healthcare, Childcare or Specialist Education.
2.2 The referred individual must not:
Already be registered with Recruit by Nature.
Have been introduced to Recruit by Nature by another source within the previous 12 months.
Be currently engaged in an active recruitment process through Recruit by Nature at the time of referral.
2.3 Recruit by Nature reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies under these criteria.
Referral rewards are based on the contracted working days accepted by the referred candidate in their successful placement:

4.1 A referral reward becomes payable only when:
The referred individual is successfully placed into a permanent position through Recruit by Nature.
The referred individual commences employment with the client.
The placement successfully passes Recruit by Nature's standard rebate period.
The client remains in good standing and has paid Recruit by Nature's placement fee in accordance with agreed terms.
4.2 No referral reward will be payable if:
The candidate does not start employment.
The candidate leaves employment during the rebate period.
The placement is terminated during the rebate period for any reason that would trigger a rebate under Recruit by Nature's terms of business.
5.1 Referral rewards will be paid within 7 days of successful completion of the rebate period.
5.2 Payment will be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 It is the responsibility of the referrer to provide accurate payment details when requested.
5.4 Any tax liability arising from receipt of a referral reward remains the sole responsibility of the recipient.
6.1 Only one referral reward will be paid per successfully placed candidate.
6.2 Where the same individual is referred by multiple people, the reward will be awarded to the person whose referral was received first, as determined by Recruit by Nature's records.
7.1 By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained permission from the referred individual for their details to be shared with Recruit by Nature.
7.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
8.1 Recruit by Nature reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any changes will not affect rewards already earned under these Terms & Conditions.
9.1 Decisions made by Recruit by Nature regarding eligibility, qualification and reward payments are final.
9.2 Recruit by Nature reserves the right to withhold rewards where fraud, abuse or misuse of the programme is suspected.
9.3 Participation in the Referral Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
