Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)

For most Qualified Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator roles, you’ll need a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

Absolutely. Staff have access to free CPD, in-house training, mentoring, webinars and professional development opportunities across the year.

Monkey Puzzle offers clear pathways from Apprentice to Practitioner, Room Leader, Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager roles. Many team members progress quickly thanks to strong internal development.

Depending on the role, most positions within Monkey Puzzle are permanent, full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, all year round however you can speak to one of our recruitment specialists at Recruit by Nature to discuss further on your requirements.
