£40,000 – £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience + benefits.

Job Description
As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will deliver specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for neurodiverse children and young people aged 2-25 across schools, homes, community settings and clinic environments in Crondall and surrounding areas. Working across allied health, private healthcare and private education settings, you will support children and young people with autism, sensory processing differences, SEND needs, learning disabilities and other developmental needs.
You will work as part of an established allied health team, completing occupational therapy assessments, developing individual treatment plans, delivering therapy programmes and contributing to EHCP processes and detailed clinical reports. The position provides scope to work independently while collaborating closely with families, education professionals and multidisciplinary colleagues, with structured supervision and specialist development supporting your continued paediatric practice.
