Paediatric Occupational Therapist – North & East London
Offering a flexible and highly rewarding opportunity for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their warm, collaborative and relationship-led therapy team across schools, clinic and community settings throughout London.
This varied role combines school-based therapy, clinic sessions and community paediatric work, supporting children with autism spectrum condition (ASC), neurodevelopmental needs, sensory regulation difficulties and developmental challenges. The position would particularly suit Occupational Therapists looking for flexibility, meaningful work with children and families, and the opportunity to continue developing their paediatric experience within a genuinely supportive environment.
Employment Type
Permanent, part-time employed position
Term-time aligned working structure with a preferred September 2026 start, although an earlier start may be available for the right candidate.
Salary
2 days per week: approximately £14,700 per annum
3 days per week: approximately £22,150 per annum
Based on a 43-week term-time working structure with paid annual leave included.

Job Description
This is a varied paediatric Occupational Therapy role working across multiple environments including a secondary special school in Harrow, clinic-based sessions in Stratford and community/private paediatric support across London.
The successful Occupational Therapist will support children presenting with a wide range of needs including autism spectrum condition (ASC), neurodevelopmental differences, sensory regulation difficulties, developmental delays, emotional regulation challenges and functional skills development needs.
The Occupational Therapist role offers excellent variety and would suit clinicians who enjoy relationship-led work, collaborative MDT environments and working closely with families, schools and wider SEND professionals.
