Introduction:
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a well-established care service in Gillingham. This is a full-time, permanent role offering day shifts only within a supportive and clinically focused environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while working as part of a dedicated nursing and care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with NMC standards
- Administer medications and manage clinical documentation accurately
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
- Support and mentor care staff, promoting best clinical practice
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements
Requirements:
- No Sponsorship is provided for this role
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Previous experience working within a care home or similar clinical setting
- Strong clinical knowledge with a calm, professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Pay & Benefits:
- £22.25 per hour
- 44 hours per week – day shifts only
