Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safe and effective clinical practices to support residents’ health and wellbeing
- Deliver high standards of person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
- Support medication administration and review patient needs to ensure safety
- Maintain compliance with relevant safeguarding and CQC regulations
- Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to promote resident-centred outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration (RGN)
- Experience in elderly or residential care settings
- Experience working days shifts preferred
- Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and safeguarding knowledge
- Right to work in the UK
