Introduction:
An established private care home (private healthcare) in Pontypridd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their friendly team. This is a permanent, full-time night role offering the chance to provide exceptional care and make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and company policies.
- Lead and support the care team during night shifts, ensuring residents’ safety and wellbeing.
- Administer medications, complete clinical observations, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to deliver person-centred care.
- Promote best practice and contribute to continuous improvement within the home.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration (RGN / RMN / RNLD).
- Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work full-time night shifts.
