Introduction:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with current NMC standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions safely and accurately.
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations.
- Lead and support care staff on shift to maintain excellent care standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge with a professional and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay & Benefits:
