Salary
£42,500 – £45,000 per year, dependent on experience + benefits

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• Full-time position (flexibility may be considered)
• Structured clinic-based working hours
• Saturday working expected as part of the rota
• Appointment-based working day with scheduled breaks
• Some flexibility depending on clinic demand

Job Description
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will work within a high-quality private clinic in Chelsea, delivering specialist assessment and treatment across a dedicated pelvic health caseload. This includes managing patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pre- and post-natal conditions within a private-paying environment.

This role offers a strong clinical focus on rehabilitation and outcomes, with the time, autonomy, and support needed to deliver high-quality care. You will be part of a respected clinic known for its clinical standards, longer appointment times, and commitment to patient experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist pelvic health physiotherapy assessments and treatments
• Manage a full and independent caseload including pre-natal and post-natal patients
• Treat bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor dysfunction using evidence-based approaches
• Develop personalised, rehabilitation-focused treatment plans
• Provide clear patient education and long-term management strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans to optimise outcomes
• Deliver a consistently high standard of patient experience
• Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and clinical governance

Requirements

• Must have the permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• HCPC registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum 3+ years post graduate UK physiotherapy experience
• Strong clinical experience in pelvic health physiotherapy
• Experience managing pre- and post-natal patients and pelvic floor conditions
• Confident working independently within a private clinical setting
• Excellent patient-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage a full and varied clinical caseload
• Ability to reliably commute to Chelsea, London (SW3)
