Working Hours & Shift Pattern
- Part-time role working two days per week
- Monday and Tuesday, 8:15am – 4:00pm
- Daytime hours only
- No weekends or late shifts required

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
- Work as a qualified Nursery Teacher within the 1:13 staff-to-child ratio
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging learning activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider professionals
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Requirements
- Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Early Years Professional (EYP) status
- Have the right to work within the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Ability to be counted within the 1:13 staff-to-child ratio
- Experience working within an early years or nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Passion for early childhood development
