Working Hours & Shift Pattern

  • Full-time position working 40 hours per week
  • Shifts are worked across the nursery’s opening hours
  • Some flexibility required depending on rota needs
  • Breaks provided during shifts in line with working time regulations

Job Description
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development within a high-quality nursery setting in Crouch End, N8. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and promote child welfare
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards
  • Assist with planning age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
  • Support children’s emotional and social development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to nursery policies

Requirements

  • Must have the permanent right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
  • Ability to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
