Job Description
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care within a high-quality care setting in Scarborough, YO12. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• You must have the permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or clinical lead role
• Experience within a care home or similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
• Excellent communication and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
• Access to reliable transport where required
