Introduction:
We are recruiting an experienced and clinically focused Clinical Home Manager (RGN) to lead a well-established nursing home in Filey. This is a senior leadership role for a Registered General Nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding clinical care while driving quality, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong clinical leadership across the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care.
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance with CQC standards, policies, and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and care teams to promote best practice and professional growth.
  • Oversee care planning, medication management, risk assessments, and clinical audits.
  • Act as the registered manager where required, working closely with senior stakeholders and external professionals.
  • Ensure residents’ dignity, safety, and wellbeing are central to all decisions and care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration – essential.
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Manager within a nursing home environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent clinical judgement, organisational ability, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, compassionate, and accountable leadership style.
