We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a dedicated team in a welcoming Nursing Home (private healthcare) in Stourport-on-Severn. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Lead and support care teams during night shifts to maintain excellent standards.
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with regulation and best practice.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and update care plans regularly.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring the wellbeing of residents overnight.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification.
- Experience within nursing homes or adult social care environments.
- Strong clinical judgement and safeguarding awareness.
- Ability to work 38.5 hours per week on night shifts.
