Introduction:
Recruit by Nature is looking for an accomplished Registered Manager to oversee two care services (private healthcare) in Croydon. This dual-site leadership role offers the chance to manage high-quality adult care across mental health and learning disabilities, ensuring excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of two care homes, maintaining compliance and high standards.
- Lead, support, and develop multi-disciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
- Ensure adherence to CQC regulations, legislation, and internal policies.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager for a care home or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health Act (1983), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and DoLS.
- Experience in mental health or learning disabilities environments.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
