Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join a modern, purpose-built clinic in Fareham, Hampshire. You will work within a high-quality podiatry and rehabilitation environment that values clinical excellence, patient-centred care and continuous learning. This role is ideal for a Podiatrist with an interest in biomechanics, MSK podiatry, sports injuries or rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Manage a caseload of patients with a wide range of foot and lower-limb conditions
  • Complete assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
  • Deliver routine podiatry, nail surgery, needling, orthotics and MSK rehabilitation
  • Use diagnostic technology including gait analysis, ESWT and laser therapy (training provided)
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as required
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to optimise patient outcomes
  • Provide patient education on foot health, injury recovery and prevention
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation to professional standards
     
Requirements
 
  • HCPC-registered Podiatrist (or eligibility to register)
  • Recognised degree or qualification in Podiatry
  • Ideally 1+ years’ experience (private practice desirable), but newly qualified applicants welcome
  • Strong interest in biomechanics, MSK podiatry, sports podiatry or rehabilitation
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage varied caseloads independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Commitment to CPD and willingness to engage with new technology
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (clinic not easily accessed by public transport)
