Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, promoting best practice.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, enhancing quality of life.

Requirements:

  • NMC Pin
  • RGN Qualified
  • Previous management experience within a residential or elderly care setting.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and elderly care practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
