Introduction:
We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established care home service in Dartford, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the opportunity to lead clinical standards, support nursing teams, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee clinical care delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.
- Support, mentor, and develop the nursing and care teams to maintain excellent clinical practice.
- Ensure safe medication management, care planning, and clinical governance.
- Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
- Act as a clinical point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with an active NMC pin.
- Previous experience in a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience working day shifts within a care home or nursing environment.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary up to £52,000 per year.
