Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead a residential and dementia care home (private healthcare) for elderly residents in Maidstone, Kent. This is a full-time, permanent role where strong leadership ensures high standards of care and a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and care standards at all times.

Requirements
