We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead a residential and dementia care home (private healthcare) for elderly residents in Maidstone, Kent. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and care standards at all times.
- Manage daily operations, occupancy levels, and staff rotas effectively.
- Support staff development through training and coaching initiatives.
- Oversee safeguarding protocols and promote a safe environment for residents.
- Build strong relationships with families, relatives, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements for continuous enhancement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly or residential care settings.
- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Extensive background in elderly care and safeguarding practices.
- Exceptional leadership and staff management skills.
