Introduction:
We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a welcoming nursing home in Chard, Somerset. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, person-centred care and supporting residents to live well every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards and best practice
- Assess, plan, implement and review individualised care plans, ensuring residents’ needs are met holistically
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to care colleagues, promoting a positive team culture
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Experience within a nursing home or similar clinical setting is desirable
- Strong clinical judgement with a calm, professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
Pay & Benefits:
- £23.97 per hour
