This Lead Psychologist position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis. For full-time appointments, you will work across two services, typically spending three days per week at the Workington service (CA14) and two days at the secondary service in Kendal (LA9). Part-time options are available at either location, or as a split-site arrangement. Working hours are primarily weekday-based, with flexibility depending on service and clinical needs.
Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Psychologist to take a central role across specialist Learning Disability and Autism services in Cumbria. Working across two established residential settings, you will support adults with complex needs through high-quality psychological assessment, formulation and intervention.
