Job Title: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Hours: Full Time (9.00am – 5.30pm)
Salary: £18,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Job Description:
The main focus of the role will be to manage the whole process of recruiting permanent staff within the care home sector and take full responsibility for their business. The Healthcare Recruitment Consultant will have the unique opportunity to help drive RBN to becoming a leading recruitment agency by bringing in new ideas and methods to the recruitment process and generating new business for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Resourcing and qualifying candidates
* Client engagement
* Negotiating and creating contracts for care homes/organisations
* Setting up interviews
* Interview preparation
* Database management
* Consulting candidates/clients throughout and after the recruitment process
* Creating and posting adverts
* Social media marketing

The Healthcare Recruitment Consultant will need to be self-motivated and highly driven with a desire to work within a start-up company. Excellent communication and strong organisational skills are crucial within the role and will need to be able to work well within a team.

Experience Needed:
* Recruitment experience
* Experience in a target driven environment
* Experience in qualifying / screening candidates
* Worked in an sales based environment
* Experience on sales negotiation

Experience in working for a start-up company and/or working for a healthcare recruitment agency would be a bonus for RBN however is not essential.

Work Skills Needed:
* Use of Microsoft office
* Strong literacy skills
* Database management
* Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships
* Excellent communication skills
